Practical amenities like comfortable beds, complimentary bottled water and coffee machines are appreciated, although some guests miss having refrigerators and kettles.

WiFi connectivity at the hotel receives mixed reviews; while some guests experience fast and reliable internet, others face slow speeds and occasional unavailability, which can be problematic for those requiring consistent online access.
The hotel excels in catering to families, offering spacious accommodations, child-friendly amenities and no additional charges for young children. The presence of a large green park with a playground and free on-site parking further enhances its family-friendly appeal.
Beds at Hotel Alfa are generally described as comfortable, although opinions vary. Some find the mattresses too soft or sagging, affecting their sleep quality. However, most guests report a good sleeping experience with comfortable bedding.
As a three-star establishment, Hotel Alfa provides a good range of amenities and a strong price-quality ratio. Despite some shortcomings, such as reception availability on Sunday evenings, it is lauded for being a cost-effective and practical option for short stays or transit purposes.
