The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver boasts a great selection of pool facilities, both indoor and outdoor, making it an ideal destination for families with kids. The outdoor pool, in particular, is both lovely and warm - perfect for leisurely dips all year round! Guests can enjoy the large heated outdoor pool and hot tub, while the indoor pool provides a nice alternative even though the water quality could use some improvement. Plus, there's a large whirlpool tub for guests to relax in. The pool was open until 11 pm, providing plenty of opportunities for guests to unwind and enjoy the water in the evening. The surrounding location view pools add to the atmosphere, making it a great spot to chill out - even though there were no food or drink services available in the outdoor pool area. However, some guests had to miss out on the pool due to issues with robes, fresh towels or whirlpool malfunction. All in all, a very good pool facility and highly recommended for anyone visiting Vancouver with accessible features but would benefit from some upgrading such as electric car charging options.

The pool at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre receives a mixed response from guests, with some finding it a great feature and others not so impressed. On the positive side, many appreciate the pool as a wonderful amenity, highlighting its convenience, cleanliness, and the enjoyment it brings to families, especially with the added feature of two hot tubs and an adequately heated pool. The accompanying fitness area is also deemed excellent by some reviewers, offering a fantastic additional facility.
However, several guests mention challenges such as the pool's inconvenient distance from the rooms and the confusion over its location. The atmosphere can often be busy with children playing, which contributes to a noisy environment. Some reviews suggest the pool area could benefit from improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, noting murky water on some occasions and a general sense that it feels a bit outdated. Despite these criticisms, the pool still stands as an enjoyable feature for many during their stay, thanks to its functionality and warm water.
