The hotel offers a variety of rooms, from spacious and modern to basic and economical with many guests praising the clean and comfortable rooms with great sea views, modern decor and amenities like air conditioning, TV with Netflix and safes. The pool area is modern, clean and equipped with comfortable sun loungers and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The hotel also offers two lovely pools for their guests to enjoy with the larger pool area used for parties and entertainment while the quieter pool area provides a peaceful place to relax. The bartenders and hardworking staff were also commended. However, some guests had negative experiences with their tents, including bed bugs, mold and uncomfortable beds. Some staff members were described as dismissive, rude, unhelpful and even arrogant, but most guests had a good experience with the staff and described them as very nice and helpful.
