Hotel Europa is an establishment that garners mixed reactions from guests, particularly regarding its three-star rating, facilities and services. The hotel offers an affordable option for those seeking a reasonably priced, three-star level accommodation. Despite these positives, several reviewers have highlighted significant issues. The hotel's cleanliness standards have been criticized with some guests mentioning no cleaning for three days and a noticeable unpleasant smell. Additionally, basic amenities like the availability of cold water have been problematic for some guests. Breakfast offerings have also been regarded as subpar for a three-star hotel. There is a consensus that the hotel does not fully meet typical three-star standards and might be better classified as a two-star establishment. Overall, while it provides a budget-friendly option, potential guests should be aware of its drawbacks.
