Welcome to Azul Ixtapa All Inclusive Resort, where our guests have left overwhelmingly positive reviews about their stay. The rooms are comfortable, functional and above all, clean. Although some guests mentioned issues with air conditioning, the majority of guests were satisfied with the room amenities and space, noting that all rooms have ocean views. The hotel itself has large, beautiful facilities and the restaurant options offer a good variety of food. Guests with wheelchair accessibility needs found their rooms to be accommodating. Overall, the common areas and rooms were sparkling clean. While there were some incidents with pests, the staff was quick to resolve any issues. Although a logistics issue was noted with elevators, it did not detract from the experience. Most importantly, guests commented on the friendly and attentive staff who were able to quickly address any problems.
