Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Samba Betim offers a mixed experience for guests regarding its pool area. On the positive side, some guests have praised the pool as being very nice, great and clean, contributing to an enjoyable stay alongside other amenities like the gym and well-maintained rooms. However, many reviews point out significant issues. The pool has frequently been described as dirty, sometimes filthy and in need of a thorough cleaning, especially along the edges where grease accumulates. Additionally, the pool area is lacking in amenities such as tables and chairs. Some facilities like the jacuzzi and sauna were reported to be closed due to pandemic-related restrictions and there were instances where the pool paint was found releasing onto guests' bodies. Despite these drawbacks, when maintained well, the pool does add value to the overall guest experience at the hotel.
