The room size and layout have also been points of criticism with some describing them as cramped and stuffy. Bathrooms, in particular, are noted for being small and inadequately ventilated. Despite these issues, there is an occasional acknowledgment of room cleanliness and basic upkeep.
Cleanliness at the hotel receives a mix of positive and negative feedback. Praised as polite, attentive and accommodating, the staff enhances the guest experience from check-in to check-out. Guests commend the reception for its flexibility and the entire team for their professional and welcoming nature, contributing greatly to the hotel's hospitable environment.
