Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida by IHG, offers a blend of advantages and minor drawbacks that cater to both business and leisure travelers. Located on the border of New Delhi and Noida, the hotel enjoys good connectivity with easy access to the metro station, key monuments and transportation hubs like the airport and railway station. While the surrounding area may seem somewhat undeveloped and lacking in local amenities, the hotel itself compensates with its comfortable ambiance, good facilities and strategic location for business in Noida and South Delhi.
The breakfast at the Crowne Plaza is frequently praised for its vast variety and high quality, offering a hearty assortment of European and Indian dishes, along with juices, tea and coffee. The friendly and attentive staff significantly enhance the experience, despite some minor calls for more fresh vegetables and a bit more variety in the menu. Similarly, the dinner experience receives positive reviews for its diverse range of cuisines, particularly its excellent North and South Indian dishes. Although some guests note that room service options can be limited and occasionally served cold, the overall quality of the dining experience remains high.
Rooms at the hotel are highly appreciated for their spaciousness, cleanliness and modern amenities. Guest reviews often highlight the comfortable beds, well-equipped furnishings and inviting ambiance. While there are occasional mentions of minor maintenance issues and the need for better soundproofing, the general consensus is that the rooms contribute to a satisfying stay with comfortable and well-maintained interiors.
Cleanliness stands out as a strong point for the Crowne Plaza with many guests commending the meticulous efforts of the cleaning staff across various areas of the property. Despite the hotel’s age, it remains well-maintained and offers a hygienic environment, thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. Isolated critiques point to specific areas needing improvement, such as the washrooms and carpets, but these do not significantly detract from the overall positive perception.
The staff consistently receive high praise for their friendliness, professionalism and attentiveness, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. While occasional miscommunications or slower service are noted, the majority of feedback emphasizes the dedication and efficiency of the hotel staff.
WiFi connectivity at the hotel is generally reliable and fast, although a few guests have experienced disconnection issues. The spa and gym facilities are particularly well-regarded, offering well-maintained amenities and positive guest experiences, including enjoyable massage services and clean fitness areas. The swimming pool also receives commendations for its size and cleanliness, though availability can sometimes be restricted due to private events.
Parking at the Crowne Plaza is convenient and appreciated by guests, although there are suggestions for improvements in proximity to the reception. The comfort of the beds is generally well-received, enhancing the overall room experience despite occasional feedback about softness or cleanliness.
In summary, while the hotel has areas that could benefit from enhancement, such as soundproofing and a few specific service aspects, Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida by IHG, succeeds in providing a comfortable, clean and well-connected environment with commendable service, making it a reliable choice for both business and leisure travelers.
