Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Airport Annex is lauded for its strategic location just 3 kilometers from the airport, making it highly convenient for travelers with early or late flights. The serene surroundings, accentuated by lush trees and the melodious sounds of birds, create a tranquil atmosphere despite the hotel's proximity to the airport. This location, while far from major attractions, is appreciated for its accessibility and competitive pricing compared to other accommodations in the area.
The rooms at Hotel Airport Annex offer a mixed experience. While some guests find them acceptable for the price, others note that the rooms tend to be smaller than expected, with furniture that appears dated and not in line with advertised images. Moreover, cleanliness varies, with certain aspects like the washrooms meeting travelers' expectations, while other areas such as corridors and some rooms require significant improvement.
The hotel staff consistently receive high praise for their friendliness and helpfulness. Guests commend their cooperative and kind nature, which significantly enhances the overall stay experience. The manager and team are recognized for their proficiency and welcoming approach, further contributing to the hotel's positive atmosphere.
Overall, Hotel Airport Annex provides a convenient and welcoming option for travelers seeking proximity to the airport, supported by a commendable staff, although there is room for improvement in the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms.
