The location is breathtaking with amazing views of the lake and Kastoria town and the peaceful countryside setting is perfect for relaxation. The breakfast is tasty and varied with lots of options and the staff are exceptional, being helpful and friendly with excellent hospitality services displayed, despite difficult circumstances. Guests enjoyed the pool and the stunning view from the bar-café with the surrounding environment being well-maintained and providing a serene atmosphere that blends with the exceptional service provided. Some guests had issues relating to the maintenance of certain areas of the hotel, some cold food at breakfast, the pool staff being inefficient and the pool water being very cold, but these were isolated incidents that did not detract from the overall experience.
