Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, great swimming pool and recreational room. The breakfast, cleanliness and overall experience are top-notch and exceed expectations. Although some minor complaints were noted, guests appreciate the compensation received. Some areas of the hotel need maintenance, but the majority of guests rated the hotel as exceptional, even compared to other 5-star hotels. Overall, it is an absolutely amazing resort with lovely views, fabulous staff and the most amazing food – 5 star plus!
