The hotel has a warm and welcoming staff with guests praising the pleasant, accommodating and kind staff who go above and beyond to ensure their guests have an unforgettable experience. The pool area is one of the highlights of the hotel with guests continuously raving about its loveliness, cleanliness and ample size, while the hotel's proximity to stunning beaches, including the golden sand of Makris beach and Miakris Gialos beach, is also appreciated by many guests.
