Hotel Memoir Kazbegi by DNT Group offers guests a modern and newly built establishment that boasts beautiful views outside the windows. While some reviews suggest the hotel does not consistently meet four-star standards, the hotel provides good value for money, with some aspects approaching a luxury level. Its modern design is appreciated, yet expectations for amenities like typical coffee for a four-star hotel are unmet according to some guests. Intourist Kazbegi offers a fantastic experience characterized by gorgeous mountain views and cozy rooms, making for an exceptional stay that many find worth every penny. The comfort level at the hotel is quite good with guests noting the fantastic choice of amenities and luxury features available. The service is frequently praised as Grade A with friendly and helpful staff contributing to an overall fantastic service quality. Guests appreciate the full-service hotel aspect and generally find it to be a good value for money.
However, some reviews suggest that the hotel does not entirely match the four-star level with certain aspects like the breakfast being described as modest. There are comments about a shortage of staff and a need for training in service, impacting room service quality. Despite these downsides, the overall four-star experience with great amenities and exceptional views often makes it a place worth recommending to all who are planning to visit.
