Guests will find the location convenient as it is situated near a central parking garage, the train and bus station and shopping. However, those with large vehicles may struggle with the size of the underground garage and guests have noted that the elevator from the garage to the lobby can sometimes be out of order. While there is a fee for parking, some found it reasonable while others found it a bit steep considering the room rate. Guests have also reported that there is no assistance offered by the hotel staff when carrying luggage from the garage to the hotel.
