Spa Resort Geinberg presents itself as a four-star hotel, yet recent guest reviews suggest a mixed experience in meeting this standard. While the accommodation itself is top-notch, concerns arise regarding the service, which many found to be unorganized and not up to four-star expectations. Additionally, the restaurant, although promoted as offering a four-star cuisine, seems to fall short on delivering the promised quality. Overall, while the resort boasts a four-star rating, guests have indicated that certain aspects, particularly service and dining, need improvement to align with this reputation.
