We are careful with water usage and do our best to not waist any food in our kitchen. We are also a dog friendly accommodation.
We make dry our own cheese and meets, we produce natural wine and offer a wide variety of natural wines. We grow most of our own vegetables and herbs. We make our own vinegar, marmalades etc. We only offer fresh seasonal food.
