Avlida Hotel boasts a gym on-site, but unfortunately, it has received mixed feedback from visitors. While there are some who have found the gym to be excellent, a significant number of guests have remarked on its dated and inadequate condition, noting that many pieces of equipment are either non-functional or in poor shape. The gym is described as old and in need of renovation and it notably lacks air conditioning, contributing to an uncomfortable workout environment.
Additionally, the gym's operating hours, closing at 6 PM and the requirement of a €50 deposit for a key have not been well-received. Guests have also commented on the overall safety and cleanliness of the gym with equipment being described as both broken and dirty. For those expecting a fully operational fitness facility, Avlida Hotel's gym may fall short of expectations.

The Capital Coast Resort And Spa is a stunning waterfront property complete with pools overlooking the sea and an indoor pool, along with a sauna and gym. Guests had mostly positive things to say about the gym with many describing it as "very nice" and "enjoyed." Some reviewers did mention that the gym was not well-kept with rusty equipment and dirty mats. However, overall, guests found the spa and gym to be a nice addition to the property. The only issues seemed to be the gym's hours with many guests noting they opened late and closed early. While some improvements to the gym's upkeep and equipment may be necessary, the beautiful pool area and other amenities more than make up for any shortcomings in the gym.
