Location

Lithies Sea View Boutique Hotel is the perfect destination for those looking for a secluded and serene stay away from the crowds. Located almost at the edge of the Zakynthos island, the hotel offers amazing sea views from the balconies and is surrounded by charming and picturesque places such as the nice village of Agios Nikolaos, Xigia Sulfur Beach and Askos animal park, all within walking distance. The hotel is very close to the blue caves and smugglers cove and perfectly located on the Northern edge of the island, not too much in a tourist crowded place, but quiet and with stunning views, including the lighthouse area and Kefalonia island. The location requires a car to explore the surroundings, but there is a superb restaurant within a mile of the hotel. The views are stunning and the location is amazing, making it a magical and beautiful place to stay.

Breakfast

Lithies Sea View Boutique Hotel is a cozy hotel with a friendly and helpful team that made our stay both comfortable and memorable. The staff is extremely polite and welcoming with Stilios mentioned as a great host. Matina, the manager, was an absolute perfect host, always met us with a smile and kindly provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable and nice. Guests highly recommend Lithies Sea View Boutique Hotel if you’re looking to escape some of the craziness elsewhere on the island. The staff is always smiling and willing to help with anything. The hotel owners are charming, friendly and welcoming. The owner herself is very friendly and welcoming, while Matina and her team were very solicitous and gave us great tips to enjoy our stay. The staff is very kind, super helpful and nice with Anna - the cleaner and Vasil - the housekeeper mentioned as absolutely amazing staff. However, some guests did report communication challenges with some of the staff members who spoke little English. Nonetheless, overall, the staff at Lithies Sea View Boutique Hotel are amazing and go out of their way to ensure guests have a great time.
