Fairmont Tremblant boasts excellent pool facilities, including a hot pool outside that guests rave about. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub area, complete with a bonfire, is particularly impressive. Some guests note that the pool area can sometimes be crowded, but still a great place to relax. While there are some negative comments about the pool, particularly regarding its cleanliness and maintenance, many guests still enjoy using it along with the indoor heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The hotel's location and pool facilities are popular highlights among guests, while some note that the pool area could use more amenities like a BBQ. Other guests comment on the pricey poolside drinks and occasional loud music. However, the majority of guests are happy with the quality of the pool facilities and overall service at the hotel.

Ermitage du Lac offers a charming but modest pool area, perfect for finding a bit of relaxation during the hot summer days. Guests appreciate the small, cozy pool and the added hot tub is often highlighted as a delightful bonus. The heated pool and hot tub provide comfort for guests looking to unwind, even attracting compliments like "awesome" for the hot tub experience.
However, the pool's size may sometimes feel inadequate for the number of guests and there have been instances where the pool was closed earlier than expected or not operational due to maintenance issues, such as heating problems or lack of a lifeguard during Labor Day Weekend. The outdoor jacuzzi also seems to occasionally need maintenance and there have been mentions of dead insects in both the pool and hot tub.
Despite these drawbacks, the availability of pool towels is well-handled, ensuring guests have what they need. Overall, while the pool facilities might be compact and occasionally face operational challenges, they add a pleasant touch to the hotel's offerings when available and properly maintained.
