Lodge de la Montagne enjoys a prime location, making it an excellent base for exploring the nearby attractions. Guests have had mixed experiences with the pool and spa facilities, but there's a common appreciation for the hot tubs and sauna. The outdoor hot tub and sauna are particularly favored, creating a relaxing atmosphere for visitors. Many have enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, which add a touch of indulgence to their stay.
However, the quality and availability of the pool and spa area have varied. While some reviewers have mentioned the pool area as nice and pleasant, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness and maintenance. Issues such as the pool being out of commission, the indoor pool not working properly and inconsistent lifeguard availability have been noted. Guests have also pointed out that the pool water was sometimes not clear and lacked cleanliness.
Despite these drawbacks, the hot tubs and sauna remain highlights for many, while the pool's location and size are appreciated when it is in proper working order. The combination of a great location with decent spa amenities makes Lodge de la Montagne an attractive option, although improvements in pool maintenance and staff efficiency could enhance the overall guest experience.

However, several visitors mentioned the pool being non-operational due to construction or other issues, with some expressing dissatisfaction with cleanliness.
