Families appreciate the generous room sizes that accommodate up to six people, facilitating a comfortable and family-friendly environment.
Positive reviews highlight the comfort and restfulness of the beds, with soft mattresses and ample plug points contributing to an enhanced experience. However, cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests commending the spotless bathrooms and clean rooms, although others have noted issues with dusty floors, cigarette odors, and inconsistent housekeeping standards. While some guests found the spaciousness and concept appealing, there were occasional lapses in room cleaning service that affected the overall satisfaction.
Staff service appears to require improvement, as several reviews indicate unresponsiveness, incorrect room assignments, and unfriendly demeanor, leading to a disappointing customer service experience.
