Hotel Aquarius has some challenges living up to its three-star rating, particularly due to its outdated facilities and limited amenities. Guests frequently comment on the outdated appearance of both the rooms and bathrooms, as well as the overall dark ambiance of the hotel. The expectation for a three-star hotel includes certain standards that Hotel Aquarius seems to struggle to meet, such as having a fridge in the rooms and offering better services.
While the hotel manages to provide a basic breakfast that is considered satisfactory for its rating, other aspects like the evening restaurant offerings are deemed too expensive for the value received. The pricing does not align well with the performance and features available at the hotel.
Despite these drawbacks, the staff and pool have been noted positively, though these elements alone are not sufficient to elevate the overall perception of the hotel. Improving these aspects could help Hotel Aquarius better match its three-star classification and enhance guest satisfaction.
