Euro Hotel provides a strategic location that benefits various travelers, especially those journeying between iconic cities like Pisa and Florence. Positioned near the expressway and Pisa airport, it offers easy transit options and ample parking, making it a practical choice for drivers. While the hotel is located in an industrial area that may initially seem isolated, its central position allows quick access to nearby cities, enhancing its appeal as a quiet and tranquil stopover.
The breakfast at Euro Hotel receives generally positive feedback for its abundant variety and quality. Guests frequently describe it as excellent, fantastic and rich with a good spread of both sweet and savory options catering to different preferences, including gluten-free choices. However, some reviews highlight areas for improvement, such as the use of plastic plates and cups and occasional inconsistencies in quality.
The rooms at the Euro Hotel are noted for their cleanliness, tidiness and comfort with adjustable air conditioning being a plus. Guests often mention that the rooms largely align with their photos and are thoughtfully equipped. However, the hotel shows signs of age with outdated decor and maintenance issues, such as poorly maintained facilities and occasional noise insulation problems. Room sizes vary with some rooms offering ample space while others can feel cramped, particularly with extra beds.
Cleanliness at Euro Hotel leans towards the positive with most guests praising the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance. Fresh towels daily and a generally comfortable, quiet atmosphere are highlighted benefits. Nevertheless, some guests reported issues like outdated carpeting, superficial cleaning and maintenance in showers with a few concerning remarks about pests.
The staff at Euro Hotel consistently receive high praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing significantly to a pleasant stay. Receptionists are particularly noted for their efficiency and willingness to assist, ensuring smooth and welcoming guest experiences. Rare mentions of unfriendly interactions appear to be exceptions rather than the norm.
Guest opinions on the beds are mixed. While some guests find the beds very comfortable with fresh sheets and pillows, others report significant issues with mattress conditions, describing them as uncomfortable, soft, thin or sagging.
Although Euro Hotel claims a four-star rating, numerous reviews suggest it falls short of expectations for this category. Many guests believe the hotel resembles a three-star establishment and criticize the lack of amenities such as a minibar and balconies. The structure and maintenance of the hotel require improvement and the overall sentiment is that it does not meet the standard or value expected from a four-star venue.
In summary, Euro Hotel is a practical choice for various travelers due to its strategic location, friendly staff and generally good breakfast offerings. However, potential guests should manage expectations regarding room modernity, mattress comfort and overall four-star standard.
