Overlooking Khalid Lake, the hotel is within walking distance of various attractions including the corniche, central souq and Al Noor Mosque, enhancing its appeal. The serene environment, bolstered by nearby parks, promenades and markets, makes it a picturesque spot for both leisure and business stays.
The rooms are generally highlighted for their cleanliness and comfort, many offering stunning views of the lake and sea. Added amenities such as large beds, free water, tea and coffee enhance guest satisfaction. However, some criticism revolves around small and dated bathrooms, occasional cleanliness issues and inadequate sound insulation. Despite these drawbacks, the spacious rooms and beautiful views maintain their popularity among visitors.
Hotel Holiday International’s breakfast receives mixed reviews, though positive feedback prevails. Guests often laud the breakfast for its variety, quality and the pleasant service accompanying meals. Despite some dissatisfaction regarding repetitiveness and sporadic cleanliness issues, the diverse selection of dishes and the general quality of food earn high praise.
The cleanliness of the hotel is acknowledged positively by many guests, particularly in the general areas and many rooms, where cleanliness and a pleasant aroma in the corridors stand out. Nonetheless, there are recurring mentions of cleanliness issues, especially in the bathrooms, such as unpleasant smells and occasional insect sightings, indicating areas needing improvement.
