Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Arion Hotel in Constanta garners mixed but generally positive reviews from its guests, especially in terms of location, breakfast, cleanliness, staff and beds. The hotel is celebrated as a budget-friendly option situated in a tranquil area close to the main port and bypass road, offering scenic harbor views. Its proximity to important visit points and amenities such as a mini-market and bus stop is appreciated, though the need for a car to access city center and beach areas is noted.
The breakfast receives mostly positive feedback with guests enjoying a hearty, well-stocked meal that includes eggs, cheese, ham, sausages, yogurt and coffee. The breakfast setting is praised for its cleanliness and quality, although some guests desired more variety and a larger dining area.
Room cleanliness is another highlight, frequently mentioned for being consistent, especially on the first day, aided by daily cleaning services. Many rooms are described as spacious and cozy with functional amenities like air conditioning and kitchenettes, though some lacked necessary utensils. However, a recurring issue is outdated furniture, basic room design and occasional tobacco odors.
The staff at Arion Hotel is highly commended for their friendliness and attentiveness, particularly at reception and during breakfast. They enhance the overall positive experience, being described as polite, helpful and responsive.
Wi-Fi connectivity remains an area that needs improvement with several guests reporting weak signals or no coverage, particularly on higher floors. While some found the internet service stable, others found it challenging to use.
Beds generally receive positive remarks for their comfort and cleanliness. Although a few guests reported issues such as saggy or hard mattresses and pillows, the overall sentiment is that the beds provide a satisfactory sleeping experience.
In essence, Arion Hotel offers a quiet, budget-friendly stay with impressive harbor views, courteous staff and satisfactory rooms and breakfast, although improvements in Wi-Fi connectivity and room amenities would enhance guest satisfaction further.
