Summarized by AI
Le Neoulous is well-regarded for its strategic location, ideal for those traveling to or from Spain due to its proximity to the motorway while still offering a quiet and peaceful stay. Complimentary parking, picturesque views and friendly staff add to its appeal, making it a convenient and comfortable stopover.
Guests appreciate the hearty and varied breakfast buffet, despite some concerns over its €12 cost. The breakfast setting by the pool is particularly praised, contributing to a relaxing morning atmosphere. The hotel's restaurant receives high marks for quality and variety, particularly the pizzas and well-prepared dishes like sea bream and beef tartare. Despite minor complaints about service speed and specific dishes, the overall dining experience is positively reviewed.
Rooms at Le Neoulous are spacious and clean with some featuring modern decor and balconies. However, there are discrepancies with some rooms requiring updates and repairs, leading to a varied experience. The cleanliness of the hotel is generally appreciated, although improvements in pool maintenance are needed.
The staff's exceptional hospitality is a standout feature, consistently described as friendly, helpful and multilingual, enhancing the overall guest experience. The free Wi-Fi, while useful, has varying reliability.
The swimming pool is a pleasant feature with a spacious terrace, though it requires better maintenance. Parking at Le Neoulous is plentiful, secure and adds to the convenience of the stay.
Families find the hotel accommodating with family-friendly room layouts, though some experienced issues with room arrangements. The beds are generally comfortable with recent upgrades noted, despite occasional concerns about mattress quality.
Le Neoulous is also dog-friendly, accommodating pets with a welcoming attitude and nearby dog-friendly areas, though the additional pet fee is noted.
Overall, Le Neoulous offers a strategically located, comfortable and family-friendly stay with commendable staff and dining experiences, though some areas could benefit from updates and improved maintenance.
