Emeria Dinard Thalasso Spa, reopening after renovations in April 2024, has garnered mixed reviews regarding its dog-friendly policies and facilities. On the positive side, many guests appreciated that the hotel accepts dogs and found it to be a generally dog-friendly environment. Pets were warmly welcomed with dogs even being allowed in specific areas such as the Albatros bar. Numerous reviewers mentioned that their dogs were welcomed and that the hotel did not mind their presence, highlighting it as a dog-friendly establishment.
However, there were some less favorable comments. A few guests noted the hotel’s shortcomings in providing amenities for dogs. The presence of dog waste on the path was mentioned, which detracted from their experience. Also, some reviews mentioned that while dogs were accepted, not all areas were accessible to them, leading to a few complaints about the hotel not being entirely pet-friendly. There were also reports of occasional dog barking which may disturb some guests.
In summary, although Emeria Dinard Thalasso Spa appears to be a welcoming place for dogs, the experience varies among visitors with some appreciating the pet-friendly atmosphere and others pointing out areas that require improvement.

Escale Oceania Saint Malo is a dog-friendly hotel that welcomes pets and allows guests to bring their dogs. The hotel permits dogs at an extra charge of €20 per day, although some guests find this fee a bit excessive. Despite this, the hotel's pet policy is appreciated and the close proximity to a dog-friendly beach adds to its appeal. However, there are some restrictions, such as dogs not being allowed in the breakfast area or left alone in the rooms. While the hotel is generally accommodating to pets, some reviews noted occasional disturbances from dogs crying in the rooms. Overall, the hotel provides a comforting stay for both guests and their pets, even though small spaces and high pet fees are mentioned.
