Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Kyriad Lille Est - Hem consistently receives praise for its tranquil location in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. Close to key sites like the Zephyr, the metro, local museums and venues for events such as weddings in Hem, it offers excellent accessibility while remaining peaceful. The hotel's countryside setting next to an equestrian center provides picturesque views and green spaces and its private parking adds to the convenience.
Guests are generally satisfied with the breakfast, describing it as hearty, varied and enjoyable, particularly when taken on the terrace. Despite some criticisms about limited choices and freshness, the overall response is positive with tasty coffee and quality hot chocolate being noted highlights. Dinner in the hotel’s restaurant is appreciated for its delicious fixed-price menu and convenience, although some desire more variety and flavor.
The rooms are frequently described as clean, practical and comfortable with many guests highlighting the well-maintained, well-equipped spaces and comfortable bedding. Though some rooms might feel compact and others have been noted as needing refreshing, most visitors find the accommodations satisfactory and reasonably priced, adding good value to their stay.
The hotel's staff is lauded for their exceptional friendliness and professionalism, creating a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere. Their helpfulness and warm demeanor significantly enhance the guest experience.
Overall, while there are occasional concerns regarding specific cleanliness issues and bed comfort, Kyriad Lille Est - Hem stands out for its tranquil location, comfortable and clean rooms, satisfying meals and outstanding staff, making it a solid choice for travelers.
