This is complemented by the friendly and attentive staff who consistently receive high praise for their professionalism and helpfulness.
The beds and bedding quality receive mostly positive reviews with many guests enjoying comfortable and clean sleeping arrangements. However, there were occasional mentions of mattresses being too soft or sloping and specific feedback indicated the need for a mattress replacement in room 210. The width of the beds and firmness of the pillows also drew some critique.
Overall, Best Western Hôtel De France offers a charming and comfortable stay with exceptional service, cleanliness and a prime location, though there is some room for improvement in bedding and breakfast variety.
