The presence of ample parking options, including garage and Tesla charging stations, further enhances its accessibility.
Mornings at Dubai Motel are complemented by a breakfast service that, while offering a diverse array of delicious options in an elegant panoramic restaurant, occasionally faces minor issues with variety and replenishment. The overall dining experience remains favorable for most visitors.
The motel's spacious and clean rooms are frequently lauded for their comfort and quietness, complete with adjustable lighting and basic amenities such as cool refrigerators and sufficient water pressure. However, some maintenance issues, such as occasional musty or smoke odors, insect infestations and outdated facilities, detract from the overall guest experience.
In terms of cleanliness, the motel presents a mixed bag of experiences. While some rooms are noted to be spotless, recurring reports of mosquitoes, dust accumulation and poorly maintained bathroom amenities underscore the need for more consistent cleaning practices.
Staff members at Dubai Motel are generally seen as friendly, polite and helpful with particular praise for the attentiveness of Ms. Lin and the housekeeping team. Nonetheless, there are some criticisms of night shift and front desk personnel regarding professionalism and responsiveness, indicating room for improvement in staff training and uniformity in guest service.
