Airport Hotel Malpensa, situated conveniently close to the airport, offers a practical stay for travelers looking for value for money. The hotel boasts efficient check-in and check-out procedures, 24-hour reception and useful amenities such as to-go breakfast options and daily towel changes. Guests appreciated the convenient parking and the proximity to the airport, which adds to the overall convenience.
However, many reviews indicate that the hotel does not meet the expectations typically associated with a four-star rating. The property is described as outdated and in need of renovation with some reviewers indicating that it feels more like a basic motel than a hotel. Critiques focus on a number of deficiencies, such as poor maintenance, outdated facilities and a general sense that the establishment doesn’t live up to four-star standards. While cleanliness and room size received positive remarks, these features were not enough to justify the four-star classification for many guests.
Despite the criticisms regarding the star rating, many guests felt the hotel provided good value for money and found it sufficient for a short stay. This suggests that while the property may not meet the expectations of a four-star hotel, it still offers a decent level of service and amenities that can satisfy budget-conscious travelers looking for a convenient stopover near the airport.

Hotel Malpensa INN Aeroporto has received mixed reviews regarding its four-star rating with a significant number of guests expressing disappointment that the hotel does not meet the expected standards for a four-star establishment. Some reviewers noted that the hotel's condition and appearance felt dated, likening it to a throwback to 1983, which contributed to a sense of poor maintenance and unmet expectations. The atmosphere was described as more akin to a hostel rather than a high-class hotel with a noticeable disparity in the quality of service and amenities typically associated with four-star accommodations.
Issues such as a delayed shuttle service and unfulfilled refund requests for cancellations also marred the guest experience. These inconsistencies have led many to feel that the hotel falls short of the advertised four-star quality with some explicitly stating that it does not deserve the rating at all. Despite some positive mentions of the hotel being a four-star property, the prevailing sentiment among guests is that Malpensa INN's facilities and services need significant improvement to align with what is expected from a true four-star hotel.
