Golden Blue Hotel in Londrina has garnered high praise from guests across various key categories, establishing it as a favored choice for travelers.
**Location:** The hotel boasts a prime location, offering easy access to essential areas and amenities. A short 10-minute drive from the airport and a 15-minute walk to the city center make it highly convenient for transportation and exploring the city's attractions. Guests appreciate its proximity to main roads, leisure areas, markets, banks and pharmacies, along with the quiet, family-friendly surroundings ideal for walking and physical activities.
**Rooms:** The accommodations at Golden Blue Hotel are impressive with spacious, modern and clean rooms and bathrooms. Guests enjoy the cozy ambiance, ample storage for luggage and excellent maintenance. Comfortable beds and well-functioning showers contribute to restful stays. Despite rare mentions of chemical smells or subpar views in certain rooms, the overall experience is positive, enhanced by the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and modern comforts.
**Breakfast:** The breakfast is a standout feature, consistently receiving high marks for its variety and quality. Guests often describe it as excellent, delicious and exceeding expectations. The availability of fresh products and options catering to different dietary needs, including gluten-free and vegan choices, adds to its appeal. While isolated comments suggest slight improvements, the breakfast remains a highlight for many visitors.
**Cleanliness:** Exceptional cleanliness is a hallmark of Golden Blue Hotel. Guests frequently highlight the immaculate state of the rooms and bathrooms, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay. The modern and well-maintained facilities further enhance the overall experience.
**Staff:** The hotel's staff is commended for their kindness, efficiency and attentiveness. From the reception team to the morning kitchen staff and maintenance crew, guests appreciate their politeness and helpfulness. Specific employees, including Heloisa and Alan, have been recognized for their exceptional service, significantly contributing to the positive atmosphere and guest satisfaction.
**Wi-Fi:** The Wi-Fi service receives mixed reviews. Some guests report a decent and fast connection, while others note issues with slow and unreliable performance, particularly in-room. However, those who experienced a better connection found the internet service to be excellent.
**Gym and Pool:** Both amenities receive mixed feedback. The gym, while functional with decent equipment, is noted for its small size and maintenance issues. Guests would appreciate improvements in equipment upkeep and more options for a FIT breakfast. The pool, though generally enjoyed for being clean and a highlight for many, has been remarked upon for its smaller size, limited seating and occasional cleanliness issues.
**Beds:** Comfortable beds are frequently highlighted with large and king-size options contributing to a pleasant sleep experience. High-quality pillows and sheets add to the comfort. Some guests, however, found the mattresses too soft or uneven and comments about double beds made of two singles led to discomfort for a few visitors.
