Although a couple of guests had less-than-stellar experiences with cleanliness in the pool area, most guests found the pool to be a nice and refreshing spot to cool off. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't available during some guests' stays due to maintenance issues. Keep in mind that the hotel's website may not have all the up-to-date information on the state of the pool area - in fact, some guests were disappointed to find out upon arrival that the pool had been closed since COVID began. Additionally, during remodeling, the pool area had become cluttered with old furniture and debris, making it inaccessible at times.
