Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Meliá La Palma is a four-star hotel that, although lacking some attention to detail, offers a good standard of service overall. The rooms could do with a slight update, but guests generally found them adequate. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, although some visitors had issues with the standard of service. The breakfast selection was varied, but the quality of the coffee and hot drinks could do with improvement. Guests felt that COVID-19 measures were not always being enforced effectively by the hotel, but overall the stay was enjoyable for those who visited.
