Zeus Dolce by Wyndham Athens is a huge resort located by the sea, offering direct access to the beach with plenty of loungers. The pool area is spectacular with a large and awesome pool which looked very inviting. Although the outdoor pool was really cold, there are private small pools for some rooms and a nice pool with a lovely view of the pool and the beach. The resort has a poolside restaurant, as well as other lovely amenities. The ground is beautiful and there are lots of spots to sunbathe in the garden or by the bay. Moreover, the rooms have lovely decor and some even have mini pools on their terraces.
However, there were some negative comments about the pool facilities, such as the pool closing early, the disgusting smell of the swimming pool, the old chaise lounges and the fact that the private pool is not heated. Some guests also found that the trek from the pool to the rooms can get tiresome and the service around the pool area has room for improvement. Furthermore, some guests expressed dissatisfaction over the electronic music being played in the restaurants and by the pool and noted that there are too many steps to get down to the pool or sea front.
