Red Roof Inn PLUS Chicago - Hoffman Estates is highly praised for its prime and tranquil location, offering easy access to popular venues, the tollway, restaurants and shops. This makes it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers, providing a convenient and quiet environment.
The staff at the hotel receives overwhelmingly positive feedback for their friendliness and helpfulness. Guests appreciate the courteous and excellent service, often mentioning the attentive and polite front desk attendants who go above and beyond to meet guest needs.
In terms of accommodations, the rooms are noted for their spaciousness and comfortable beds with many enjoying the newer floors and sinks. Premium rooms are singled out for offering more space, adding to the comfort of the stay. However, cleanliness and maintenance are areas needing improvement with recurring issues such as dirty floors, mold in the bathrooms and unpleasant odors being reported. Though some guests find their rooms clean and comfortable, others are dissatisfied with the overall upkeep and inconsistent cleaning standards.
Breakfast feedback is mixed with some guests noting a good experience while others are unaware of the availability or find none offered, hinting at communication or service inconsistencies.
Overall, despite some critical reviews regarding cleanliness and room conditions, Red Roof Inn PLUS Chicago - Hoffman Estates stands out for its advantageous location, friendly and supportive staff and generally comfortable beds. These positive aspects make it a viable option for visitors prioritizing convenience and service.
