Hotel Florença is a great choice for those looking for a well-located hotel with exceptional service and friendly staff. The hotel's location is convenient and excellent, situated opposite a shopping center and in a clean and secure area. The breakfast is substantial and well-prepared, although some guests have suggested more beef variety. The rooms are comfortable and functional, although some guests have noted that they could do with a revamp and airing. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is a plus and the staff maintains hygiene standards. The hotel is well-maintained and spotlessly clean and the staff is young, helpful and friendly, making guests feel satisfied with their stay. Overall, Hotel Florença offers exceptional customer service and accommodation conditions, making for a refreshing and stress-free stay.
