Its proximity to the Lviv-Kyiv highway and the ease of access to the city center, grocery stores and public transport are notable benefits. Despite being near major routes, the peaceful and cozy environment offers a serene stay away from the city's busy core. Secure and ample parking is another added convenience, especially for those with vehicles.
The breakfast service is generally well-received with guests praising the tasty, hearty and value-for-money meals. Options brought directly to the room add to the convenience, despite some feedback about monotonous and occasionally disappointing dishes. Guests enjoy starting their day with substantial portions, especially families. However, dinner services could be more robust, as on-site dining options are limited and securing food delivery can be challenging.
The rooms at Приватна садиба Фортеця Малехів are spacious and comfortable, often described as clean and visually appealing with high ceilings and antique decor. Family rooms are particularly spacious, suitable for larger groups. Rooms come well-equipped with amenities like fresh towels, toiletries and kettles, although sound insulation and water heating could see improvements.
The hotel emphasizes cleanliness across all areas with many guests commending the fresh bedding and towels, as well as the general maintenance of the property. The surroundings are similarly clean and cozy, although occasional minor issues like cobwebs or mold are reported.
The staff receive high praises for their friendliness and responsiveness, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The attentive service, especially from the administrator and reception staff, significantly enhances the guest experience, contributing to a comfortable and memorable stay.
While Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, its reliability is inconsistent with some guests experiencing disruptions or weak connections. Efforts are being made to improve this with additional infrastructure.
Families find the hotel accommodating with spacious rooms, secure parking and a safe, clean environment for children to play. The staff's friendliness towards children and additional amenities like cots make it a suitable family destination, although breakfast portions may sometimes be insufficient.
Mixed reviews are found regarding the beds; while many find them spacious and comfortable, others face issues with firmness and outdated mattresses, which affect sleep quality.
Overall, Приватна садиба Фортеця Малехів offers clean, spacious rooms, excellent staff service and secure parking in a serene location, making it a great choice for short stays, family trips and travelers with vehicles, while highlighting areas for potential improvement in dining services and bedding.
