KSTDC Hotel Mayura Riverview Srirangapatna offers an unforgettable stay largely due to its exceptional location nestled along the serene banks of the River Kaveri. The picturesque setting, characterized by tranquil river views and lush greenery, provides a peaceful retreat ideal for relaxation. The hotel's garden and open restaurant overlooking the river enhance the scenic dining experience, often highlighted as a unique and superb feature by guests. Proximity to the river and the opportunity to witness the sunrise add layers of charm, making it a haven for nature lovers.
Breakfast at the hotel receives mixed reviews; however, guests who enjoyed it describe it as good, sumptuous and of notable quality—with healthy options and cut fruit available. Families found it simple yet filling and delicious. Despite these positive aspects, the limited variety and inconsistent quality leave room for improvement.
The rooms at the hotel are consistently praised for being clean, neat, spacious and comfortable. While some elements may appear dated, the overall cleanliness and comfort remain strong points. The spaciousness of the rooms is a standout feature appreciated by many guests, although there have been occasional criticisms regarding the quality of deluxe rooms and room service.
Cleanliness at KSTDC Hotel Mayura Riverview Srirangapatna shows potential but is an area needing significant improvement. While some rooms are well-maintained and neat, issues like mosquitoes, cockroaches and waste around the premises detract from the overall cleanliness. Instances of irresponsible cleaning staff and dirty rooms are also noted, indicating a need for better upkeep.
The staff at the hotel generally leaves a positive impression with many guests finding them friendly, helpful and approachable. Politeness and cordial behavior, particularly from the manager, contribute to a pleasant experience for many. However, there are inconsistencies in service quality with some guests experiencing rudeness and a lack of prioritization of guest needs, particularly in the restaurant. Ensuring consistent politeness and responsiveness across all interactions remains an area needing attention.
In summary, KSTDC Hotel Mayura Riverview Srirangapatna excels in offering a serene and scenic retreat with welcoming and spacious rooms. While the staff is generally friendly and the location exceptional, improvements in breakfast variety, overall cleanliness and consistent service quality would further enhance the guest experience.
