The magnificently heated indoor pool at 28°C was a particular highlight, as were the helpful staff, who knew exactly how to help guests relax. However, some guests found the additional charge for the sauna and steam room to be a downside and the low-quality bathrobes were a little disappointing. It was suggested that the spa area should be adults-only, but overall, the spa treatments were highly recommended with guests complimenting the massages and variety of facilities available, including an indoor pool, gym and spa.
