Lakes Resort offers a generally positive pool experience, but with certain caveats. The pool area stands out for its cleanliness with many guests noting the pool's pristine condition. Families seemed particularly pleased, highlighting the warm and child-friendly nature of the pool. The combination of a pool, spa and sauna received commendations for offering a comprehensive relaxation experience. For fitness enthusiasts, the lap pool was appreciated, though its narrow width was seen as less ideal for families looking for more recreational use.
However, some guests found the pool smaller than expected, which could lead to crowding. There were also mentions of occasional murkiness and an over-chlorinated environment. Noise was a recurring issue with several reviews indicating disturbances from pool filters, drainage systems and general poolside activity. Despite these drawbacks, many reviews concluded positively, approving the pool facilities overall but suggesting improvements for a quieter and more spacious environment.
