This meticulous renovation process included installing a wooden structure within the existing stable block and re-plastering the walls of the main house with pure natural mortar for insulation.

Features like triple-glazed windows that block heat and cold, and the rainwater collection system further underscore the commitment to sustainability. In line with this, non-toxic cleaning products are used across the property and LED lighting illuminates the premises. 2 über 300 jähre alte Gebäude wurden komplett saniert und ausschließlich mit naturnahen Baustoffen wieder hergerichtet. So ist in die bisherige Hofstallung in die sanierte Hülle ein Holzhaus gebaut worden. Im Hupthaus wirdn die Wände von innen mit reinem Naturmörtel neu verputzt und gedämmt.
