Art & Hotel Aeroporto offers a mixed but generally positive spa experience. The wellness area is lauded for being modern and exceptionally clean, featuring amenities such as a sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and emotional showers. Many guests find the spa area to be a gem, highly recommendable and ideal for relaxation. The wellness center also allows private bookings at an additional cost of 25 euros per person.
However, it's important to note that access to the spa is not included in the standard hotel fare and some guests feel the extra costs are somewhat overpriced. While the spa is praised for its cleanliness and organization, there are mentions of occasional issues, such as the jacuzzi water not being hot enough and some spa facilities being closed or non-functional at times, including the sauna and heating system. Certain guests also couldn't access the wellness center due to its two-person maximum limit or found the aroma overwhelming.
Overall, the spa at Art & Hotel Aeroporto stands out for its appeal and cleanliness but does require careful planning and an additional fee to enjoy its full benefits.
