The water is clear and calm and guests can snorkel straight off the beach and discover amazing sea life. The local reef is great for snorkelling with fabulous coral and plenty of opportunities to discover. Despite wind, snorkelling off the back side of the island is pretty decent and the resort runs regular snorkelling outings & trips. The beach front villas are very remote and quiet and have the best view to the nearby islands. The beach itself is exceptional, stunning and perfect for swimming with direct beach access for snorkelling. Overall, Matamanoa Island Resort offers a lovely escape with great location, excellent facilities and an amazing beach that guests love.
