What is the history of the property?
It was built by a rich family who lived here for several years.
After that it was the property of a big company who used it as a holiday park for their employees. Later on it was sold at a few other people.
What was the era and/or the architectural style in which the property was built?
Several styles, mostly art nouveau.
Is the property surrounded by other historic buildings?
no
Has restoration work taken place?
Not yet, just roofing work.
Are there any elements of particular historical importance at the building?
The beautiful woodwork inside and the chimneys.
Are there any important guests or previous owners worth mentioning?
Henri Queuille - French resistance during the war.
