SEL Lodge - Aventura y Descanso is recognized for its welcoming attitude towards pets, particularly dogs. Guests frequently applaud the lodge for being very dog-friendly and pet-friendly with policies that accept even large dogs. The staff is noted for their incredible attentiveness, especially towards pets, ensuring that both guests and their furry companions feel comfortable and cared for.
However, some reviews highlight certain areas for improvement. Instances of dog feces found around the pool area suggest there might be a need for better pet-related hygiene management. Additionally, guests have mentioned unclear pet policies and a lack of commitment to maintaining these standards.
Despite the few drawbacks, SEL Lodge maintains a positive reputation among pet owners who appreciate the opportunity to travel with their pets, thanks to its accommodating environment and attentive staff.
