B&B HOTEL Bordeaux Centre Bègles offers a mixed experience for travelers with notable mentions of clean rooms, floors and walls contributing to a generally pleasant stay. However, there are several comments highlighting a discrepancy between the advertised three-star rating and the actual experience, reflecting in the facilities and service levels.
Rooms are noted to be small relative to typical three-star standards, although they maintain a comfortable and clean environment. The location is advantageous for a city stay, aligning well with expectations for a three-star property. On the other hand, some guests felt misled regarding the star rating, indicating they were informed the hotel was a two-star establishment instead.
Breakfast offerings are described as average for a three-star hotel, which may meet basic expectations but lack standout features. Despite these reviews, the beds are often praised for their comfort, contributing positively to the overall stay.
Comments on the availability and quality of bathroom contents suggest a need for improvement with specific notes on clean but possibly under-equipped facilities, such as the absence of a shower door. The staff has received mixed reviews with some positive remarks contrasting against criticisms of the hotel's general state and the perception that it may not fully live up to the three-star rating it is presented as having.
For those seeking a decently priced three-night stay, this hotel may fulfill basic expectations but could benefit from enhancements to truly meet the standards expected of its star rating.
