MT. Olympus Water Park and Theme Park Resort has received mixed reviews regarding its pool facilities. On the positive side, some guests appreciated the warm and well-maintained pools, noting that there was a variety of pools available and the kids particularly enjoyed the wave pool and water slides. The pool area was described by a few as nice and clean with some guests expressing their love for the pools and water park.
However, the feedback reveals several areas for improvement. Many guests found the pools overcrowded, often rendering them unusable due to the sheer number of people present. The temperature of the water was a common complaint with several reviews mentioning it was too cold and some guests reported dirty and poorly maintained pool areas. The pool towels provided were frequently described as too small and there seemed to be a significant lack of amenities such as hot tubs and adequate lounge chairs. Access to the pool areas was also an issue with some guests commenting that pools were closed early or entirely during parts of their stay, which led to disappointment.
Moreover, logistical concerns were apparent, as many visitors mentioned the pools being far from parking areas and the pool floors and indoor waterpark didn’t meet cleanliness expectations. Confusion or misinformation regarding pool availability was also noted with some areas being under construction or closed without prior notice. Despite the good aspects of the pools, it's evident that MT. Olympus Water Park and Theme Park Resort needs to address these various comfort and maintenance issues to meet guest expectations fully.
