Located in a very central area, the Welcome Hotel Darmstadt City Center offers good quality accommodations. However, many guests feel that the hotel does not fully meet the expectations of a four-star rating. While the central location is praised, the hotel falls short in several aspects, including room size and amenities. Issues such as an inappropriate hairdryer and the absence of typical four-star extras have been noted. Overall, while it provides a convenient stay, it seems to lack some elements anticipated from a four-star hotel experience.
