The rooms themselves are generally spacious, comfortable and well-maintained, often offering stunning views of the countryside. Notably, the larger suites and those overlooking the pool or mountains receive special mention for their serene and picturesque settings. While some guests note that the decor is outdated and soundproofing could be improved, the overall comfort and cleanliness of the rooms contribute to a pleasant stay.
Dining at the hotel is well-regarded, especially the dinner service which is highlighted for its quality, taste and affordability. The staff’s attentiveness during meals, particularly individuals like Jose, adds to the dining experience. However, the breakfast buffet garners mixed reviews with some guests suggesting improvements in variety and quality.
The hotel's spa, despite its small size, offers a thorough and relaxing experience. Guests appreciate the range of services, the cleanliness and the beautiful views from the relaxation area. The massages receive high praise for their quality, making the spa a valued addition to the hotel amenities. Similarly, the pool areas, particularly the outdoor pool with its water slide, are popular among families and provide a fun and refreshing break, though the temperature can be a concern for some guests.
While the hotel does feature some accessibility amenities, the absence of an elevator and challenges for those with strollers or heavy luggage could pose issues for certain guests.
